How to install - FAQs

1. Open your mobile browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.).
2. Visit:
   🔗 https://5.anuratv.com
3. Tap "Download" → The APK file will download automatically.

(If prompted):

• Go to Settings > Security & Privacy.
• Enable "Install Unknown Apps" for your browser.

1. Open the downloaded APK file.
2. Tap "Install" → Wait for completion.
3. Launch the app from your home screen.

• Enter your username and password (provided after purchase).
• Tap "Login" to access all content.

1. From the Firestick Home Screen, go to Settings (gear icon).
2. Select My Fire TV (or Device).
3. Click About.
4. Highlight "Fire TV Stick" and press the OK button 7 times rapidly.
   • You’ll see a message: "You are now a developer!"

1. Go back to My Fire TV → Developer Options.
2. Turn ON both:
   • Apps from Unknown Sources
   • ADB Debugging (optional but recommended).
   • Click "Turn On" if a warning appears.

1. Return to the Home Screen and search for "Downloader" (orange icon).
2. Select and Download/Install the app.
3. Open Downloader once installed.

1. In Downloader, type the URL:
   → 5.anuratv.com
   (Ensure no typos!)
2. Press Go – the app file will download automatically.
3. When prompted, click Install.
4. Wait for "App Installed" confirmation, then select Done.

1. Open the newly installed IPTV app from your Home Screen (may be under "Your Apps & Channels").
2. Enter your:
   • Username (provided via email)
   • Password (provided via email)

1. Click Login – enjoy your channels!

1. Open the App Store on your device.
2. Search for:
   🔎 "GoPlayer - VOD Player"
3. Download and install the app.

1. Open GoPlayer.
2. Enter these login details:
   • Host: xd
   • Username: (provided after purchase)
   • Password: (provided after purchase)

1. Tap "Connect" to access your content.

 No downloads needed! Stream directly from your browser.

1. Open any browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)

3. Log in with:
   
   • Username: [Your assigned username]
   • Password: [Your assigned password]

1. Click "Sign In" and start streaming!

1. Install XDGO App
   • Open your TV's app store (LG Content Store/Samsung Apps)
   • Search for "XDGO" or sideload via [alternative method]

1. Login Details
   • Username: [Your account username]
   • Password: [Your account password]

1. Troubleshooting
   • Can't find XDGO?
     • Update your TV's firmware
     • Use web.anuratv.com as fallback
   • Contact us for assistance.

For optimal streaming quality (4K/UHD), ensure your network meets:

• Minimum: 50 Mbps (5/6 GHz WiFi strongly recommended)
• 4K/HDR Content: 50+ Mbps (per simultaneous stream)
• Lower Resolutions (HD): 25 Mbps

• Ideal: <15 ms (for live sports/PPV)
• Acceptable: <30 ms

• Router: Dual-band (5 GHz preferred)
• Concurrent Streams: Reduce other high-bandwidth activities (gaming/downloads) during use
• Wired Connection: Ethernet recommended for set-top boxes
